The Agent Gift application is intended for agents of Operation Security Gift, which operates in the neighborhoods of Gávea, Jardim Botânico and Lagoa. Through the application, agents have access to presence control services.Working as a platform for data visualization and monitoring of resources and equipment, the application aims to benefit the agent, optimizing his service and bringing his action closer to the citizen, valuing and increasing the efficiency of the action.In order to meet the demand for monitoring and service assistance, the application was developed to offer an administrative improvement of the operation, digitizing the internal procedures to make them more agile and efficient.Offering more technology and transparency, this is one of the three applications that make up the Public Safety 5.0 project, designed by the Kuidamos Institute to promote the enhancement of Operation Present Safety, helping everyones safety.
